The scope of work included an upgrade of the bathrooms and communications room, installation of two soundproof meeting rooms with aluminium-glazed partitions and doors, soundproofing to existing meeting rooms, painting, lighting upgrade, acoustics upgrade, installation of Zoom booths, marble bar, banquette seating , and hot desks, all finished in fine leather, solid American Oak timber and extravagant Breccia Nera marble.

The result of the project was a more functional, comfortable, and stylish workspace that improved the overall work experience for the staff. The custom design elements, such as the marble bar and the banquette seating, added a touch of luxury to the environment, while the upgrades to the soundproofing and acoustics improved the work environment.
